Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead ITOM discovery, CMDB governance, and integration initiatives. You will design end-to-end solutions, build dashboards with Power BI, and collaborate with stakeholders to transform IT service delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong ServiceNow admin/dev experience, cloud integration expertise (AWS/Azure), and a proven track record in delivering scalable IT operations solutions.

Job description

• ServiceNow Vulnerability reporting skillset:
• Container Vulnerability Management: Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities to ensure timely and consistent mitigation.
• Infrastructure Vulnerability Workflow: Define processes and workflows to manage vulnerabilities related to endpoints and IP addresses that are not currently mapped to specific assets within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Reporting and Governance: Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into vulnerability posture, remediation progress, and program effectiveness.
• 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform.
• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB Good knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework.
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills.
