Qualifications

• :5-8 years of solid experience administering, configuring, maintaining, integrating, and upgrading the ServiceNow platform.
• :4+ years of ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations; understanding of data model, tables and relationships.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation.
• Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB.
• Good knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework.
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills.
• Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs.
• Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting.
