Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect for a remote contract engagement. You will lead design and deployment of HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro and HR Case Management, leveraging JavaScript and Glide scripting within an Agile framework.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, develop reports, and ensure governance and best practices across the development lifecycle. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resources case management.
• 4+ years of product development in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Advanced scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide scripting; REST/SOAP APIs.
• CSA and CAD certifications with strong HR processes and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, and Operational support.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement HRSD solutions such as Employee Center Pro and HR Case Management.

Job Title: Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Responsibilities

• Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, and Operational support
• Design, prototype, test, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and other modules to meet business requirements and provide an exceptional employee/user experience
• Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules
• Create reports and dashboards to display KPIs and provide insights and metrics related to HR services and processes
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate user needs into technical solutions and system enhancements
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of HRSD solutions
• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for platform operation and software development lifecycle while promoting agile development
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development activities, ensuring comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
• Ensure all custom development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR stakeholders and end-users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering training as needed
• Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices; recommend and implement enhancements to optimize HRSD functionality

Requirements

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resources case management
• 4+ years of product development experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), understanding out-of-the-box functionality vs customization
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scripting (JavaScript and Glide scripting), UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with integration best practices and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with ServiceNow AI platform tools and capabilities, including NowAssist and MoveWorks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
