Job summary

UC San Diego Health seeks an experienced HR Applications Developer to manage the ServiceNow HRSD platform for Health Human Resources. The role covers end-to-end solution delivery, from configuration to data loading and system integrations, ensuring stability and compliance.

You will lead the team and support junior developers in a collaborative environment. The position requires strong communication, project management and change management skills, with experience in agile or DevOps

Qualifications

• Nine years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area with five years of related experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Lean/Scrum/DevOps).
• Strong change management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow HRSD application for Health Human Resources.
• Design, configure and deliver end-to-end HR solutions within ServiceNow.
• Lead data loading, manipulation and integration with other systems.
• Provide technical guidance and serve as lead for junior HRSD staff.
