Job summary

ClifyX Inc is seeking an experienced senior sales leader in the United States to drive client engagement, solution design, and revenue growth for ServiceNow-enabled initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, identify target accounts, and pursue joint GTM with partners to expand the MSP footprint.

The role requires strong executive presence, persuasive proposal development, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of client-facing roles or account leadership experience.
• 5+ years of Experience in ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM/S2P/SecOps).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to create winning proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Hands-on experience with cross-functional collaboration and GTM partnerships.
• Ability to travel across regions to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and solution activities including solution design and project planning.
• Identify target accounts and pursue joint GTM with partners.
• Develop proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs to grow revenue.
• Grow MSP footprint through partner-led initiatives with ServiceNow accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, alliances and delivery teams for right positioning.
• Provide inputs on talent needs and mentor reporting teams.
