Job summary

ServiceNow in Massachusetts is seeking a senior product marketing / GTM leader for the Service CRM team. You will partner with Sales, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to create aligned messaging and enablement that drives deals and acceleration.

This role focuses on GTM activation, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, content and programs, and messaging. You will own end-to-end motions, build tools sellers actually use, and translate product capabilities into customer-facing stories.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, GTM strategy, demand gen, or a combination.
• Proven track record of building and activating GTM programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise sales organizations.
• Strong written communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• GTM Activation: partner with Sales, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to ensure messaging translates into deals; build launch plans and own milestones.
• Sales Enablement: create tools sellers use daily and run engaging enablement sessions.
• Competitive Intelligence: track market moves and produce content to help sellers win.
• Content & Programs: develop assets across the full funnel including thought leadership and customer stories.
• Messaging & Positioning: translate product capabilities into customer-facing messaging for various leaders.
