• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM implementation and support.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Mobile App Development, Mobile Studio, Applets, and Offline Mobile capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Integrations.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
• Working knowledge of ITOM, CSM, and Asset Management concepts is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, client interaction, and solution design skills.
