Job summary

CACI is seeking a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to lead design, build, and evolve our enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will define architecture standards, provide hands-on development, and mentor teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

Working with cross‑functional partners, you’ll apply AI‑driven tooling to accelerate solution design, improve code quality, and drive platform reliability across ITSM, ITOM, and custom apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–9 years of enterprise‑scale delivery with direct ServiceNow development.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ServiceNow certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands‑on contributor; participate in solution architecture and requirements reviews.
• Define and maintain the architectural vision and technical standards for the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide hands‑on development including scripting and integration design.
• Support adjacent applications ensuring consistency with enterprise standards.
• Use AI‑assisted development tools to improve quality and acceleration.
• Leverage full‑stack development experience to extend leadership beyond ServiceNow.
• Guide Agile teams in design reviews and sprint execution.
• Architect and develop solutions using Now Experience and UI Builder.
• Oversee upgrades readiness and evaluate new ServiceNow features.
