Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to drive platform innovations and critical business operations.

The role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, backlog management, and coordination across delivery teams, all within an enterprise-grade ServiceNow program.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or similar.
• Deep ServiceNow ITSM knowledge: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Hands-on development with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Integrations.
• Experience presenting designs to governance boards and senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and releases.
• Experience leading distributed technical teams and mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Design scalable, secure ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Present designs and architectural decisions through governance forums.
• Manage change requests, deployment planning, releases, and production readiness.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration with technical leadership.
• Drive Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
