• Hands-on experience with Creator Workflows/App Engine, Flow Designer, and workflow automation.
• Ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot ServiceNow apps, forms, catalogs, and integrations.
• Strong JavaScript scripting skills: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Experience resolving production issues, performing root cause analysis, and driving platform stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Support platform upgrades and ongoing optimization; adhere to standards, governance, and security.
