Job summary

AT&T seeks a ServiceNow Engineer (SE1) to join a government-focused team at Laurel, MD. The role involves administering and developing ServiceNow solutions in a hybrid cloud environment, with JS, HTML/CSS skills, and strong documentation and mentoring duties.

Candidates must have TS/SCI with polygraph, seven years as SE, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, IAM Level I per DoD 8570.01-M. The position requires on-site presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I.
• CAP, GSLC, Security +

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
• Create custom workflows.
• Build service requests to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop views and reports as needed.
• Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
• Monitor application health, usage, and compliance.
• Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
