Job summary

MSCCN is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer (SE) to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT systems. The role focuses on ServiceNow architecture, cloud deployments, and rigorous documentation across configurations and procedures.

The candidate should hold TS/SCI with Polygraph and a BS in CS/Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 4+ years in software systems design and deployment. On-site work in Chantilly, VA is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• ServiceNow CSA certification or able to complete training within 3 months.
• 4+ years of relevant design, development, and implementation experience with software systems and related products.
• Experience deploying cloud-based enterprise apps (AWS/Azure) and enterprise IT systems like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow system architecture, including hardware and software components.
• Gather, analyze, and manage system requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Document system requirements, configurations, procedures, and best practices.
• Install, configure, and deploy server resources from third‑party cloud services and perform updates.
• Create technical documentation for system configurations and reports.
• Prepare SOPs and protocols ensuring detailed project documentation.
• Document all system configuration changes per IS security practices.
