AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer (SE1) to support Public Sector Solutions at a government site in Laurel, MD. The role requires hands-on ServiceNow administration/development, JavaScript skills, and a collaborative approach within a hybrid cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Seven years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I. CAP, GSLC, Security +.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
• Develop custom workflows and automation to meet business requirements.
• Train and mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer.
