Job summary

AT&T is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer (SE1) to support the Public Sector Solutions team at a government site in Laurel, MD. The role requires office presence, TS/SCI with polygraph, and a strong track record in ServiceNow administration/development.

You will design architecture, develop workflows, and mentor teammates in a hybrid cloud environment using AWS, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as ServiceNow Administrator/Developer
• JavaScript or similar programming language experience
• Familiarity with web-based UI (HTML, XML, CSS)
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations
• Create custom workflows
• Build service requests to meet business and technical requirements
• Develop views and reports as needed
• Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
• Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing
• Monitor application health, usage, and compliance
• Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks
• Train and mentor junior team members
