Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support Public Sector Solutions at a government customer site in Laurel, MD. The role requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week with no relocation offered, operating in a hybrid cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience, AWS experience is a plus, and strong mentoring and communication skills to support a collaborative team focused on continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer.
• Linux/UNIX system troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with JavaScript or other high-level programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain self-hosted ServiceNow implementations.
• Create custom workflows.
• Build service requests to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop views and reports as needed.
• Implement integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Perform system, integration, and Section 508 compliance testing.
• Monitor application health, usage, and compliance.
• Assess current ServiceNow usage and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
