Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, test, and execute ServiceNow annual upgrades.

• Collaborate with architects and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Write technical specs and document functionality; troubleshoot and support.
