Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Engineer/Developer for the Fleet Product Group to design, build, and integrate ServiceNow solutions.

You will work on CSM modules, onboarding workflows, issue management portals, and API integrations, translating business needs into scalable technical designs. You will participate in agile ceremonies, implement integrations, and contribute to quality engineering across the full SDLC in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Experience building customer-facing portals or self-service support experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ServiceNow capabilities across CSM, ITSM, onboarding workflows, and API-based integrations.
• Translate business needs into technical designs; configure and customize the ServiceNow platform.
• Build reliable integrations and automate manual processes within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Participate in agile delivery ceremonies and contribute to quality engineering practices across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with product owners, operations, architects, QA engineers and cross-functional teams.
