Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow engineering, development, configuration, or administration.
• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and automated processes.
• Practical experience with Incident Management and service-request fulfillment.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and maintenance.
• Knowledge of regression testing and platform validation.
• Experience developing or troubleshooting APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong scripting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, workflows, and platform enhancements.
• Develop automated workflows, task flows, and service-request fulfillment processes.
• Configure and support Incident Management and related IT service management capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement Change Management functionality as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs, integrations, scripts, and customizations.
• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, including planning, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Coordinate and execute regression testing to ensure platform stability and functionality.
• Review technical architecture and recommend scalable solutions.
• Customize platform interfaces, portals, and user experiences as required.
• Collaborate with business analysts, infrastructure teams, support personnel, and testing teams.
• Establish technical standards, development practices, and platform documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, performance, usability, and operational efficiency.
