Job summary

Accenture seeks a ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across the ServiceNow business by originating, shaping, and advancing opportunities focused on AI-native workflows and industry transformations.

You will lead executive conversations, build executive relationships, and enable cross-team collaboration to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner for ServiceNow programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
• Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs aligned with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven executive relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-ServiceNow growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts/clients.
• Build executive relationships with ServiceNow Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
• Originate opportunities involving ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Work closely with Accenture and ServiceNow leadership team to drive pipeline growth.
• Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives that align technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Influence ServiceNow leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
• Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned to ServiceNow priorities.
• Enable Accenture and ServiceNow field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.
