Job summary

Accenture seeks a ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across its ServiceNow organization by originating, shaping, and advancing opportunities in AI native technology, workflow modernization, and industry solutions.

You will lead executive-level conversations with clients and ServiceNow leadership, build joint growth plans, manage complex pursuits, and position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
• Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs aligned with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven executive relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-ServiceNow growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts/clients.
• Build executive relationships with ServiceNow Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
• Originate opportunities involving ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Work closely with Accenture and ServiceNow leadership team to drive pipeline growth.
• Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives that align technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Influence ServiceNow leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
• Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned to ServiceNow priorities.
• Enable Accenture and ServiceNow field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.
