Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Director to drive strategic growth by originating, shaping, and advancing opportunities centered on ServiceNow's AI native workflows across technology, employee, customer, and industry domains.

You will lead executive conversations with ServiceNow leadership and Accenture teams, develop joint go-to-market plans, build executive relationships, and craft ROI narratives that demonstrate measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
• Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs aligned with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven executive relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-ServiceNow growth strategies and co-sell motions for assigned accounts/clients.
• Build executive relationships with ServiceNow Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, Industry Leaders, and Account Teams.
• Originate opportunities involving ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Work closely with Accenture and ServiceNow leadership team to drive pipeline growth.
• Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives that align technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Influence ServiceNow leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
• Create differentiated industry solutions, thought leadership, and joint offerings aligned to ServiceNow priorities.
• Enable Accenture and ServiceNow field teams on joint value propositions and strategic growth plays.
