Job summary

The role supports dashboards, upgrades, and access requests, collaborating with the architecture team to map services to design.

Required experience includes 5+ years in IT, Top Secret with SCI eligibility, and ITIL 4 Foundation plus

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow standard workflows and provides ITSM system administration, maintenance, configuration, and customization to ensure customizations stay current.
• Maintain and support enterprise IT dashboards that integrate information from multiple systems.
• Support software upgrades, system troubleshooting, and fulfillment of access and change requests.
• Liaise with the architect team to ensure services are properly mapped and implemented per service design.
