Overview

Focus on building, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine
Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
Support development across ITSM, CSM, App Engine, and related ServiceNow modules
Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, catalog items, flows, workflows, and notifications
Develop custom scoped applications and enhance existing ServiceNow functionality based on mission and customer requirements
Create and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other ServiceNow integration methods
Support Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, forms, lists, dashboards, and reporting enhancements
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support requirements gathering with government and contractor stakeholders
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in coordination with the broader technical team
Support testing, documentation, deployment, and release activities across ServiceNow environments
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security requirements, and configuration management standards
Support delivery in a fast paced, mission focused environment

Qualifications

3+ years of experience developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
Proficiency with JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM
Ability to build custom applications and enhancements using App Engine
Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, automation, integrations, and platform configuration
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
