Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a ServiceNow Application Developer to design and implement custom scoped applications on the Now Platform, including ACLs, UI Builder, and complex scripting. You will work with cross‑functional teams to meet enterprise business requirements and develop data interfaces with other systems.

The role requires US citizenship and eligibility to obtain DHS/ICE clearances, with 3+ years of ServiceNow development and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Systems Administration certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2–3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience with App Engine and building ServiceNow applications.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development including client/server scripting, REST APIs, and Service Portal widgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team.
• Design and develop custom scoped applications on the Now Platform to meet business requirements, including ACLs, client scripts, UI Builder, business rules, workflows, and custom Service Portal widgets.
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards.
• Support development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with user stories.
• Perform application testing.
