Armstrong World Industries is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure and support SPM solutions across Demand Management, PPM, and Resource Management. The role focuses on developing scalable, maintainable applications using JavaScript and the Glide API, with collaboration across IT and business units.

The successful candidate will contribute to governance, standards, and best practices while delivering value through efficient platform Health and new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including demonstrable work on the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) / Project Portfolio Management (PPM) applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions within the SPM suite (Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, Agile Development).
• Lead design, development and enhancement of custom and standard applications.
• Provide technical consultation to clients and IT management to ensure efficient systems.
• Document technical design and analysis work and maintain roadmaps.
