Job summary

Armstrong World Industries is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure and support the SPM suite (Demand, PPM, Resource, Agile) within the ServiceNow platform. You will build platform components using JavaScript and Glide API, collaborate with IT and business teams, and deliver scalable solutions that provide leadership visibility across the enterprise portfolio.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development, including SPM/PPM experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
ServiceNow certifications are preferred (CSA / CIS-SPM / CIS-PPM) would stand out.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite (Demand, PPM, Resource, Agile).
Build and maintain ServiceNow components – Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, Integrations.
Lead or participate in design, development, and enhancement of custom and standard applications.
Provide technical consultation to ensure efficient application systems using standards and methodologies.
Document design, analysis, and postmortem metrics; maintain topology to align with strategy.
Ensure alignment between business strategies and technology roadmap.
