Job summary

A leading software development firm in Boston is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow System Administrator/Developer to assist with ServiceNow PPM implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PPM implementation, developing ServiceNow modules, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and experience with IT Business Management are advantageous. This contract position offers the chance to work on challenging projects in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow and comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite including ITSM, PPM, and IT Financial Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) knowledge a plus.
• Motivated self-starter who drives requirements to closure independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the fast-paced implementation of ServiceNow PPM.
• Facilitate and support the rollout of ServiceNow PPM.
• Work with functional and admin teams to deliver automated workflow solutions.
