Core ServiceNow expertise:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting (GlideScript, GlideAjax, Client Scripts, Business Rules), and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Demand Management – capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing demands.
• Resource Management – allocation, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Financial Planning – cost plans, benefit plans, budgets.
• Agile Development / SAFe integration with SPM.
• Strong knowledge of roadmap planning, OKRs, and strategic alignment features in ServiceNow.
• Data migration and reporting – building Performance Analytics dashboards for portfolio KPIs.
