Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, portals, workspaces, and user experiences.
• Configure IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Monitor platform performance and create dashboards and reports to support objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure upgrade-safe solutions.
