Job summary

University of Central Florida is seeking a ServiceNow Developer IV to act as the technical SME for the ServiceNow platform. The role emphasizes low-code/no-code approaches, with opportunities to develop custom applications and integrations when needed.

You will design and maintain ITSM and SPM processes, build scalable workflows, and ensure data integrity across CMDB/CSDM while advancing AI-enabled capabilities and platform sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles in IT service management and dev.
• Experience with ServiceNow development and ITIL-based processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and portals.
• Implement ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge) aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Integrate with REST APIs and data sources; support CMDB/CSDM initiatives and data governance.
• Monitor platform performance and deliver reports/dashboards for operational and strategic objectives.
