Job summary

VALCE T@lent Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities across ITSM and ITOM. You will implement and support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog) and ITOM features (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB) to meet business needs.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and Glide API.
• Experience with ITSM/ITOM modules and integrations.

• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow apps and platform capabilities.
• Build and enhance ITSM processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Implement ITOM features: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB.
• Write and maintain scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and scheduled jobs.
• Develop server-side and client-side components using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
