Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to design, build, and deploy custom apps across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow platform development experience, JavaScript proficiency, and expertise in workflow automation, system integrations, and application configuration. Responsibilities include designing and developing custom apps, builds on the ServiceNow ecosystem, implementing CSDM data quality, and integrating with external systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in software development with 1–3+ years on ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules in ServiceNow.
• Experience building custom ServiceNow apps, scripts, integrations, and automated workloads.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom applications, data models, UIs, and role-based access controls.
• Build scoped apps, Service Portal widgets, and automated workflows using JavaScript and Flow Designer.
• Follow CSDM to ensure CI data quality and visibility.
• Configure ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and ITAM/ITOM capabilities.
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts (GlideScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes).
• Create and maintain automated workflows, approvals, and SLAs using Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Develop Service Portal pages, Service Catalogs, and custom workspaces using UI Builder.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing with ATF before production.
