Qualifications

• CIS-FSM certification required.
• CIS-CSM certification required.

• Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Experience with solution design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices.
• Advise on and configure integrations between ServiceNow and other tools.
• Implement ServiceNow platform solutions for integration and automation.
• Build and maintain scripting components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, Workflows, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Support implementations across FSM, S2P, CSM, and ITSM.
