Job summary

The University of Central Florida's University Operations division seeks a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise service management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will build automation, workflows, and integrations while ensuring system stability, upgrade readiness, and scalable custom solutions.

Working across campus, you will apply JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub to deliver efficient ITSM processes, CMDB/CSDM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years of relevant experience or 8+ years with HS diploma as alternate.
• Experience with ServiceNow development, ITSM modules, and platform customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, web services, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow apps and components.
• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations and Data Transformations.
• Configure catalogs, SLAs, assignment rules, and platform capabilities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics; monitor platform health.
