Job summary

Medix Technology seeks a ServiceNow Developer focused on ITSM and CMDB to design, code, test, and deploy applications within an agile team in Wisconsin.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, refine requirements into technical solutions, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring production service reliability and performance. Experience with ATF, Flow Designer, and multiple ServiceNow modules is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools in the software development lifecycle to improve quality and efficiency.
• 2+ years of full lifecycle ServiceNow development in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience in two or more ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and debug applications and components to meet technical specs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and feature teams on requirements.
• Refine requirements into technical solutions and lead engineering efforts to meet timelines.
• Operate production services with deployment, monitoring and support.
