Job summary

Focused HR Solutions seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Wisconsin client project. You will implement, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, driving automation and IT service efficiency across business functions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in ServiceNow, strong JavaScript/HTML5/CSS, Glide scripting, and REST/SOAP API experience, with ITSM/ITAM module expertise. On-site Madison, WI reporting 1-2 times per quarter; remote within Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and other modules.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Glide scripting, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Design and configure ServiceNow ITSM/ITAM modules according to business needs.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP; implement workflows and business rules.
