Qualifications

• 5+ years ServiceNow/ESM Platform; 2+ years Federal.
• ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge.
• Development using JavaScript, Record, Ajax, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Working knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
• Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, or Employee Center.
• Update sets, source control, deployments, testing, and upgrades.
• Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled jobs, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate ITSM and CMDB/CSDM modules within large, data-segregated instances.
• Demonstrated capability to perform API integrations, data migrations, and deploying update sets with high technical accuracy to avoid production outages.
