Job summary

Artifintech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to improve IT service management processes.

Responsibilities include developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, configuring workflows and rules, implementing Service Catalog and ITSM solutions, and building REST/SOAP integrations. Upgrades and support are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience configuring Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
• Experience building REST and SOAP integrations.
• Administration and configuration of ServiceNow environments.

Responsibilities
