Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with business and technical teams to improve IT service management processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, configuring workflows and client scripts, and implementing Service Catalog and ITSM solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with ServiceNow development.
• ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Service Catalog and Flow Designer.
• REST/SOAP integrations.
• ServiceNow administration and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Configure workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
• Implement Service Catalog and ITSM solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
• Participate in platform upgrades and enhancements.
