Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Service Catalog.
• CSA certification.
• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML.
• ITIL processes: Incident, Request, Problem, Change, CMDB.
• Agile/Scrum development experience.
• CAD certification preferred.
• ITIL v4 Foundations preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• ACE: Attitude, Compassion, Enthusiasm.

Responsibilities
