Job summary

Leidos is seeking a System Integration Test Manager to support the GSM-O II contract with DISA, based on-site at Fort Meade. The role requires a Secret clearance and Security+ within 14 days, plus expertise in ServiceNow automation and ITIL-driven testing in an Agile environment.

You will lead test planning, automate regression tests, mentor junior testers, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of mission-critical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Requires US Citizenship.
• Obtain an active security certification meeting DoD 8570 IAT level II (Security+) within 14 days.
• Hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Must commute to Fort Meade, MD, or Scott AFB, IL, or Ogden, UT for full-time on-site support.
• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience or Master's with 10–13 years of prior relevant experience.
• Test data management and testing automation.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with DevOps, continuous integration tools and source control tools.
• Experience with agile development and testing methodologies.
• The ability to work on a multidisciplinary team.
• Willing to assist and train junior testers.

Responsibilities

• Understand systems engineering principles, including requirements analysis and design.
• Work with the team to ensure delivery of quality software using Agile Scrum development and test practices.
• Create automation tests utilizing the ServiceNow ATFs.
• Implement continuous automated regression testing to improve system reliability and accelerate delivery.
• Establish automated regression testing to protect existing functionality.
• Analyze capability requirements and collaborate with technical leads on verifiable implementations.
• Support identifying the testable acceptance criteria in user stories.
• Test ServiceNow capabilities defined in sprint plans.
• Support independent testers with development and execution of test procedures.
• Participate in sprint reviews to address testing results.
• Participate and guide the team in sprint planning sessions.
• Translate functional requirements into test cases.
• Perform regression testing across full test scenarios for builds delivered to customer.
• Prepare test reports summarizing results and anomalies.
• Support software configuration management and interface requirements.
• Develop detailed test plans, data, and acceptance criteria.
• Support customer demonstrations and UAT activities.
• Use Jira to document testing updates and defects.
• Assist in maintaining validation portion of requirements traceability for software systems.
• Mentor junior developers throughout each project.
