Job summary

7Th Sky Tech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a full-time hybrid role in the United States. You will design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications to support ITSM processes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript, integrations, workflows, and ITSM modules. You will work on ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, building Business Rules, UI Policies, UI

Qualifications

3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
Strong JavaScript programming skills.
Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with Flow Designer, integrations, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Work on ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs.
Create and manage workflows, approvals, and automation.
Develop custom applications and scoped applications on ServiceNow.
Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party apps using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
Perform data imports, transformations, and integrations using Import Sets.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support.
Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment.
Follow development best practices and security guidelines.
