Yakshna Solutions, Inc. seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will develop, test, and deploy integrations, APIs, and automation to streamline workflows across modules such as Incident, Change, and CMDB.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• 2+ years designing and troubleshooting APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
• 2+ years ITSM experience including CMDB, Service Catalog, and workflows.
• Experience with AI capabilities in ServiceNow (Now Assist, etc.) is a plus.
• CSA/CIS-ITSM/ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

YSI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Create intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues
• Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and releases; and evaluate AI and automation opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript and client-side/server-side scripting across ServiceNow environments.
• 2+ years of experience designing, integrating, securing, and troubleshooting APIs, including REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication, logging, and monitoring.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, automated testing, data models, tables, reference relationships, and CMDB.
• Experience delivering user-centered, accessible, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions, including Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, configurable workspaces, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search; knowledge of additional domains such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine is desired.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with experience in code reviews, source control, release management, automated deployment pipelines, Agile/DevOps practices, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders; CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM/ITIL certifications are a plus.
