Job summary

YUM! is seeking an Applications Developer to build and support ServiceNow-based solutions that enhance IT service delivery and the employee experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into secure, scalable configurations and code. The role covers ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD and integrations via REST APIs and SOAP, focusing on reliability, maintainability, and agile delivery across the platform.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires a college degree with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, administration, or platform support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clarify requirements with business and technology partners and translate into technical designs.
• Enhance ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD) and integrate with enterprise apps via REST and SOAP.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while reducing technical debt.
• Contribute to Agile delivery lifecycle: estimation, sprint planning, testing, and documentation.
• Support platform health, upgrades, patches, and post-release validation.
