Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Developer II to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, IRM, GRC, and SIR. You will build integrations with REST and SOAP APIs, manage CMDB governance, and participate in upgrades and releases.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to refine requirements and implement secure, reliable platform solutions that enhance business processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, IRM, GRC, and SIR required.
• Proficient in designing, developing, testing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with CMDB governance, data quality, and CSDM adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions per standards.
• Configure and customize apps, workflows, forms, catalogs, and UIs.
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and flows.
• Build integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, release management, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support incidents timely.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and solutions.
• Contribute to CMDB governance and data quality initiatives.
• Create technical docs: design specs, procedures, and guides.
