to 3:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, with site coordination. Responsibilities include designing, developing, configuring and deploying ServiceNow workflows, ITSM/ITOM configurations, and maintaining technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• At least two years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Proficiency configuring, scripting, deploying ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, workflow).
• Experience with secure development, change control, configuration management and documentation.

ServiceNow Developer - DOE Naval Reactors Axyde Analytics is recruiting a ServiceNow Developer to support the U.S. Department of Energy Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office Mission Support Division. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Work arrangement: On-site at Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in West Mifflin, Pennsylvania. Part-time assignment of approximately 1,040 hours per year. Personnel must provide coverage during core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, with schedules coordinated within normal site operating hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, test and deploy ServiceNow workflow applications.
• Configure forms, workflows, service catalog items, business rules, scripts and custom applications across ITSM and ITOM.
• Maintain technical documentation, module inventories, configuration records and development logs.
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting and corrective action for ServiceNow solutions.
• Coordinate requirements, demonstrations, testing and releases with government and contractor stakeholders.
• Provide progress documentation and bi-weekly status briefings; meet agreed delivery dates.
• Follow DOE/NNSA cybersecurity, physical security, safety, configuration-management and change-control requirements.
• Support special projects and process automation initiatives.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• At least two years of directly relevant ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency configuring, scripting, developing and deploying ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, workflow, service catalog and custom applications.
• Experience applying secure development, change-control, configuration-management, auditability and documentation practices.
• Knowledge of federal information-security requirements, including FISMA and NIST controls, and ability to comply with DOE/NNSA requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise ServiceNow integrations and secure software-development lifecycle practices.
• Experience developing SOPs, compliance documentation and technical guidance.
• Demonstrated success improving workflows, service delivery and stakeholder outcomes.

Security requirement: A current DOE L access authorization is required before the contract start date. A current Department of Defense Secret clearance may be accepted for reciprocity while DOE adjudication is completed.
