C3EL seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, develop, deploy, document, and sustain ServiceNow workflow applications for the Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office at Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in West Mifflin, PA. The role requires U.S.

citizenship and DOE L clearance eligibility. You will work on ITSM, ITOM, Workflow, Catalog, and custom modules, ensuring compliance with Federal IT and cybersecurity standards while supporting business processes in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance.
• Proficient configuring, scripting, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Workflow, Catalog, and custom apps.
• Understand Federal IT compliance requirements involving change control, configuration management, auditability, secure workflow development, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, forms, workflows, catalog solutions, and custom applications.
• Configure and script ServiceNow modules.
• Provide operations support for deployed applications.
• Document developed and deployed modules.
• Maintain development tracking and audit records.
• Support workflow automation and special projects.
• Brief management on development status.
• Ensure ServiceNow activities comply with DOE/NNSA, Federal IT, cybersecurity, configuration-management, and documentation requirements.
