Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Platform development experience.
- 3+ years of ITSM development experience.
- Experience in Agile development practices.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI/CI poly.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform, including scripts, rules, UI actions, and workflows.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop AI-enabled automation workflows and predictive operations capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate ML services into ServiceNow workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure alignment with security and governance standards.
