Job summary

Chenega MIOS in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to architect, develop, and advance enterprise capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead a team of developers, translate complex requirements into scalable workflows, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and mission stakeholders, participating in Agile ceremonies, and delivering estimates and designs to support roadmap planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development.
• 3+ years of experience in ITSM development.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI/CI poly eligibility.
• ServiceNow CSA Certification.
• CTA is preferred.
• Serializable background and drug screening will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, workflow automation, Flow Designer, Integration Hub spokes, Script Includes, catalog items, Service Portal widgets, UI pages, and event/alert rules.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Coordinate with AI initiatives to support predictive operations and automated incident/case response.
• Collaborate with platform architects to integrate ML services, analytics, and intelligent engines into ServiceNow workflows.
• Develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow features to enhance operational awareness and reduce manual intervention.
• Support data-driven insights, predictive service monitoring, and intelligent dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity requirements, and platform governance.
