Job summary

Chenega MIOS seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer in St. Louis, MO to architect, develop, and advance enterprise capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead senior-level development, integrate AI-enabled automation, and mentor junior developers, collaborating with architects and mission stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable workflows. The role requires a TS/SCI with CI Poly eligibility, agile delivery, and a focus on cybersecurity standards in a federal government

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development.
• 3+ years of experience in ITSM development.
• Experience in Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform, including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, workflow automation, Flow Designer, and Service Portal components.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Develop AI-enabled automation workflows to support predictive operations and automated incident response.
• Support the integration of AIOps capabilities, including event correlation and predictive incident management.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate ML services and analytics into ServiceNow workflows.
• Ensure development activities adhere to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity requirements, and governance standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide solution designs for product roadmaps.
